Need Request Application

Middle Georgia -- Trinity Vision is accepting need request application requests to help individuals and families who may need help during the holiday season in the Middle Georgia Area.   We provide the following items for assistance:  clothes, food, toiletries, and shoes.  Trinity Vision accepts applications from individual families and organizations apply on behalf of families. Applications are reviewed on a case by case basis.

We are also able to refer those who need financial or housing assistance to other organizations who have those resources.  Applications are only accepted online.
